A further natural method to stop sweating is to shower often, even quite a few times a day if need be. Try and use a a loofah sponge, which on the whole is better at scrubbing away bacteria that bring about body odor. Ensure you especially scrub your armpits, your toes and your groin. These are all areas where bacteria thrive, which is why these areas are so prone to body odor.

There are many natural deodorants that you can benefit from when you get dressed. You can make your own by mixing equal parts of water and rubbing alcohol with smallish amounts of rose water and alum (both are easily available at drug and grocery stores.) Or, you can try using a small amount of cornstarch or talcum powder. These can be less irritating than the prevalent antiperspirant/deodorants that contain aluminum chlorohydrate or aluminum chloride. Pay a visit to a health food store for other natural antiperspirants.

If your face is vulnerable to sweating, try keeping a small spray bottle of witch hazel nearby, along with a small supply of cotton balls. Spray the witch hazel on a cotton ball and gently brush it over the face for quick respite.

Natural ways to stop sweating are very easy to use and not expensive. You need not have to break the bank to stop breaking your sweat.
